We made a wine in collaboration with independent winemaker Patricia García in the 'Sierra de Gredos', a wild mountain region just outside Madrid, Spain.

In sport, greatness is often narrowed to one idea: to push harder, go faster, and silence the body's signals until it obeys... to win.

In winemaking, what began as a living conversation with the land has been replaced by automation and precision. Ensuring consistency, but stripping away the dialogue that exists between humans and nature.

Both worlds are driven by the same belief, that perfection comes from control. But what if it's the opposite? What if mastery lies not in domination, but in trust, in letting instinct, rhythm, and time shape the outcome?

This is a sacred rebellion: not a fight against something, but surrender to what we can't control in order to find something we didn't know we needed in the first place.
